Morning all/afties and many congratulations Pat and Mr Pat  :)
Liri's post made me laugh.... :D
Damp and overcast here - quite wet last night when I went to bed. Or early  morning, as I fell asleep on the sofa till half two  :/
Supposed to get a bit better later though, so I might get on with things outdoors. Hopefully painting timber for the edge of my shelf for the little pots of joy to go on there.
I took a pic of the hog path along the grass in the front garden. It makes me smile whenever I see it. There's one little detour into the hedge for a scrape around, and a curve towards the middle then they go parallel to the hedge again.  :)

    Morning all again.
Looks like the sun is going to burn off the mist and turn it into a lovely day.

Good morning.  Another lovely day here so I'm dressed in gardening togs and never mind the homework.

I hope it's been a good day for you Pat and Mr Pat.  Congratulations and bon appetit!  Did you find the lightning strike?

Hosta, have you tried chamomile tea when you wake up early or can't get to sleep?

I love the idea of panthers roaming around the countryside but I do think farmers may have noticed livestock losses from all that easy prey.

Diana, could you resize your photos so they take less time to load for those of us on slow internet service?

could you get some 3" fence posts and sit them on the slabs then the unit on top? Might be easier?

I'd do what Hosta suggests - some bits of timber to get things reasonably level is all you need. No need to go to great lengths when you're selling up Diana  :)

Diana - it will look the same size but be smaller in composite bits so take less time to load.

This is a temporary problem so use a temporary easy fix.  3" posts can be placed by your son and won't make it unusable for you - or could stand on a breeze block.  I thought the ai of the storage unit was to de-clutter so, with any luck, you won't be using it as a potting bench for very long if at all.
