Ooh - I forgot your anniversary was on my birthday chicky. Have a super dooper time  :)
My sister phoned, so I had an excuse to stand and birdwatch instead of doing more housework  ;)
Blimey BL- that's a bit of an ordeal for your day out  :o
Are you lying down in a darkened room now to recover ?

No, sat in front of the woodburner and watched Strictly. I used to be a nurse so I don't find hospitals scary, I just wanted him to be OK and eventually he was.

That was a real kindness @Busy-Lizzie:)

    Lovely birds @Hostafan1. :)

Night night all ... I hope everyone had a restful night ... especially those in the West who have been facing the fury of Callum all day ((hugs)).

Home from dancing and having a decaf to wind down.   Have checked the forecast and not only is that hurricane set to slide up off the coast now but they've taken away all our rain!   Not a drop set to fall now till maybe a dribble on Wednesday.   Muchly humphing.

Busy - poor OH.  Hope he gets better soon.  Well done for looking after your friends so well.   Hope you're not too exhausted.

Off to bed now so sweet dreams all.  Hope teeth, brakes, birds in chimneys and weather bother are all sorted .

    Morning all.
Still raining but the wind has now gone, at last.
Coal face duties today. I'm hoping for a nice quiet day.

    Devon.

Good morning @Hostafan1 :). I’ve just tiptoed downstairs and made my own coffee but now I’m sneezing and sneezing so I’ll wake OH up any minute. Dear Pa often used to sneeze and sneeze for a dozen or more times on waking and so do I  :)

Morning Sneezy - how are Grumpy, Sleepy and Bashful?  :D
I don't remember that at all Hosta. I must read it properly.
Daughter delivered to work. Chilly here this morning. It's only a few degrees lower than most of yesterday, but it makes a big difference. It didn't feel cold yesterday at all. Rain's off, and it's supposed to be a decent day later. Hope your roads aren't too soggy when you're out Hostie. Wales looks like a third world country.  :/
Obelixx - the last forecast I saw, it looked like you were still getting rain, but I expect your forecast is more accurate. Many of us in the UK could send you plenty.
Hope BL has a quieter day today.
