    little egrets. They've arrived in UK now in some places.
    The always remind me of the first holiday Hubby took me ; cruise on the Nile.

  • Saw several on the fields near MIL in S Lincs at the weekend ... quite a few in the wetter regions of East Anglia nowadays ... you can almost always see them on the River Stour mudflats  at Manningtree in Essex  on the train from London to East Anglia

    Also called cattle egrets.  We'd see one or two in Belgium in the beef cattle pastures but far more of the bigger, heron sized versions which came for winter.   Here, where it's warmer and drier we see far more and they do closely follow the cattle.

    FG - no, just not bothered with "fashion".  Personal style is so much better.
