Dove - you 'dirty stop out', as my Mum used to say... ;)
Anyone there? Thought Hosta might be up. Been awake since 5, and I'm not even taking daughter to work this morning :/
Been watching Impossible Builds [Charlie Luxton] Brilliant. Thoroughly recommend. First one was a build in Assynt, so I'm slightly biased, but it was fascinating.
The overnight rain is off, but it's still a bit dark and gloomy. Supposed to improve a bit though.
I'll tootle around on here with more tea till some of you lot get up.....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

It's a house on Harris this week, so the scenery will be fab. Assynt is stunning - when it's not raining and blowing a hoolie, of course!
I like Charlie too - probably for a different reason to you though ;)
Mind you - he is rather attractive.... :D

Did you see Grand Designs last week? A great house ruined by the lack of glass.

Morning everyone. We’ve had a nice sunny day here and I actually got some jobs done in the garden. Makes me feel very good.

Hosta, I’ve been thinking about the mulch you’re spreading. Does it affect the ph in your soil? We are naturally about ph6 here, so it doesn’t take much to bring it up or down.  I always need to be aware of pine stuff (needles, bark, or wood).

    Love the hedgehog houses.
