    One of the clothing chain stores used to have "If it's not dirty, wash it at 30" or something like that on their labels ????? Surely if it's not dirty, I don't need to wash it.

    M&S once had " contents may be hot when cooked " on an apple pie, and Boots once had on a bottle of CHILDREN'S cough remedy " avoid driving and using heavy machinery. Avoid alcohol"

    I can think of a few non-food locations where the label "CONTAINS NUTS" would be appropriate.

    Can I just have a curmudgeonly grump about the whole 'sleeps' thing? "Only 2 sleeps until your birthday". What is wrong with 'days'? Once you get past the age of 3?

    The things is, some of us have multiple sleeps or none. How do they measure this accurately?

    I think it’s so stupid to say ‘sleeps’ for anything, as you say, after the age of three.

    My cat used to be prescribed diazepam to regulate her epilepsy. On the packet it advised not to operate heavy machinery, drive a car or take alcohol. It ruined her weekends.
