    Good news  indeed @punkdoc.
We've been cutting trees for firewood. A bit sweaty in this heat.

Hello folks  :)  we've been cooling down on Cromer pier ... it was marginally cooler there than here.  It was far too hot for fish and chips so we treated ourselves to lobster salad at Galton Blakiston's No. 1    B)   http://www.no1cromer.com/

We decided to go today because when the schools break up tomorrow it'll be packed ... it was pretty lively today ... loads of people swimming in a flat calm clear blue sea ... wonderful.

Yes, @Hostafan1 ... not only the home of the Red Arrows but the base for the Dambusting Lancasters (Pa also flew in Lancasters as well as Wellingtons).  I suppose times move on and the needs of a modern air force change ... but it's sad all the same.

Hurrah for your good renal results @punkdoc

I agree with the heat. Bassetlaw Hospital was so bad the chap at the coffee shop thinks I have a crush on him I was there five times getting more cold drinks.

    If only I weren't engaged, if only he weren't 83.  :D:D:wink:

Finished work at 18:45. Should have finished at 14:30. I think I'll save all this TOIL I'm gathering for when it's cool enough to do anything.

Good news Punk. You are obviously watching your liquid input and adjusting as required! Oh I see the sun is over the yard arm🍷

Busy good luck, it is the second most stressful thing you are embarking on,
our Scottish system is good but it seems to be changing to less reliable

Hosta I am so sorry, but your beautiful water lilies look amazing considering

Dove it could be a pea soup fog and I would still choose lobster salad!🦑

We had a lovely lunch out with friends we are doing an Arabian cruise with in October, that is if The Donald stays calm with Iran.  I have been waiting years to see this part of the world. Just be like it if they deem it unsafe.

:o Dove, what advice to give to an innocent young girl! And, anyway, suppose he lives to be 103.
