Let's talk abut the Royal Wedding...

Did you see it?  What about those flowers then?  What about the bride and her fabulous entry?  Disney could not have done it better.

The bride arrived in a froth of pure white and walked regally and bravely up the steps and down the aisle alone to the most dramatic and beautiful music, looking for all the world like a human sacrifice. I got goosebumps.

What a production! From the grand entry, to the sermon, to the Gospel Choir singing Stand By Me, to the 19 year old cellist and the beautiful voices of the choir boys, it was all wonderful. I really approved of her choice of wedding music, especially the hymn "God of all Hopefulness" which I had at my wedding.

I wish we could have had a look inside Frogmore House, I would love to have seen the flowers there and the table settings.

I always enjoy these occasions if only because I love seeing the Queen's Household Cavalry.   I also of course love all the roses...

Beautifully understated wedding dress, she has great taste.I enjoyed the whole thing, except the too long sermon!!
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
  • Yeah, the Reverend Jesse Jackson/Brother Lee Love impersonator was a bit preachy as well I thought. The best thing about that was watching the family firm trying not to laugh.

I thought the dress was 99% lovely , but the bodice needed a little more fitting.
The tiara was the highlight for me.
Didn't watch the ceremony but saw the yanky vicar on the news " if you don't know god, you don't know love"  How arrogant.

I did read that Kate Perry comment and thought " SEE ? it's not only me who thinks that"
I think she's beautiful, with a stunning figure but I still think it looked a wee bit baggy around the middle.
I loved the Stella McCartney " going away " dress.

Oh fidget that is absolutely brilliant!!!!
Her dress could have fitted better but she kept losing weight. Can't say I blame her the way her family are carrying on. Some people just don't know how to behave.
