Morning all, busy week end, managed to get to the flower show, beautiful, but freezing and poured down the whole time, so sad. Only bought a few annual fillers for the garden, too wet to even look a the bigger plants, the thought of walking around with a soaking wet large shrub just didn't appeal.

Sunday, my farmer friend delivered my manure! Wonderful, although the 3 hour transfer from drive to bottom flowerbed wasn't quite so much fun. Very happy though, plants arriving from UK as a car load on the 22nd. Should be well dug in by then. Raining all day today again though.

Morning all. Four-day weekend working harder than I do normally to support a charity I volunteer for (my hobby).

    Now completely shattered!

Hi Clari, I though of you yesterday morning.
I delivered to a ( Victorian? Georgian? )house between shops on a High Street. The owner opened the door in his dressing gown. There was a 1m deep trech running from the front door all the way to the back of the house. I could see through the ceiling and the floorboards to the ceiling on the first floor and there was no plaster on any of the walls.
    Sound familiar?

Don't worry about it Dove. You offered a while back. It's my own silly fault I didn't act upon it earlier.
