Morning all. Crêpes with bananas and Baileys here on Sundays. I don't know about sea mist, as I'm 30 miles inland, but there's definitely grey stuff out there. Hopefully it will burn off later. I now have about 30 wild primrose to plant up on the bank so hopefully that's today's job. Enjoy your Sunday.
Hi Pauper. Not too bad thanks. Definitely more movement in my arm, and the tendons aren't quite so sore - ultrasound on Tuesday for them. It'll be a while before I can get full use of the arm though. Hills without any scrambling for now! Love native prims. They lift a garden on a dull day don't they?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
wild primroses are one of my FAVE flowers. I've just been up to open the polytunnel and I can hear one my neighbours using a flippin' angle grinder!!! What goes through folks' heads? " 7.30am on a Sunday morning is ok to use an angle grinder outside isn't it? yeah , of course it is"
Just want to see to anyone who is interested that I am the happiest I have been for a very long time, when I think back even less than a year ago how tricky everything was, I am so thankful I have got to where I am now. Many of you gave encouragement, reassurance and support, such a help at the time. So nice now just to be enjoying the banter on here (even if I do have to read at a 100 miles an hour). So, thanks for that, thanks for the warm welcome back and many kind words. I might be a bit sporadic in posting, it's only going to get more manic over the summer, but dare I say it, it's a bit more under control now and I am trying to take more time for myself. And with the sun shining and longer days the garden is where I am spending all my spare time and loving every moment.
Have a good Bank Holiday Week end all, enjoy the sunshine (and sea mist;)).
