and today's coverage has an interview with Debbie McGee. I'm sure we'll all on the edge of our seats for that horticultural gem?
Why do the production team feel anyone is interested in what these attention seeking  Z listers have to say?

Nor any of the other invited guests they've interviewed.
Most of them so far have admitted they don't garden, " but I have a gardener" as if that makes them worthy commentators.
Why can't we just see more of the gardens, pavillion exhibits, many of which we'll never see properly meanwhile the usual suspects are endlessly poured over.

The only "celebrity" who seemed to have any real idea was Kelly Brook, as Hostafan says the obsession with celebrity is ridiculous when some them don't even seem to know which way up a plant should go. And don't get me started on Nicky Chapman........

Quite so- this habit of the BBC giving saturation coverage to any event they have access to is getting worse by the week. So they have to have endless padding and repetition to fill the time. This seems to include a long list of Z listers

I won't be home to watch it.  I'm absolutely devastated.  Iplayer is broken, or will be if the missus decides to try and watch it later.  :)

I don't know who Kelly Brook is , but she did seem a bit more hands on and keen. I too have no idea what Ms Chapman "brings to the table"
p.s. I've just googled Ms Brook, however , I'm none the wiser.

The celeb slots are so pointless and anodyne. There was a guy from JLS who was interested in starting to grow his own veg, so I thought, oh this might actually be interesting...but the ‘expert’ advice on how he should get started was shockingly bad - oh you can grow some tomatoes, they’re really tasty. Start with a few easy things like peas and beans was the best they could do. I felt for the guy, he looked totally bewildered!
