    Definite palpable drop in temps here......first time in months having to wear a cardi......methinks it's time to put away the summer clothes.  It'll probably be another 20 odd years before we get a summer like we've just had  :(

    @Nanny Beach I live in Limerick City, approx. 15 km from Shannon Airport.  Can't really complain as we did have a super summer here.  
  • Fairly sunny with high cloud this morning and now we have rumbles and some short showers.  Last time we heard thunder (a couple of weeks ago), it past us by without a drop of rain falling on the island but perhaps this time we will have some rain.  It is certainly a degree or two cooler today, quite pleasant in fact.
