    Thankfully a little overcast here, which is more manageable for me, and the threat of rain (I'll believe it when I see it). For those with wells - check them out.  I have heard of one person whose well has run dry.

    After the Beast from the East , it is a great summer , stream at side of garden , plenty of water , which I’m usuing to water garden - Lincoln

    It was about 23 today, which I have decided is the ideal temp. Possible rain tomorrow???

    Sunny here and warm but maybe a promise of rain tomorrow. I may be in a minority but I do love this weather. Hoping it lasts a bit longer so the schoolchildren can enjoy it. Remember the joys of a long hot summer off school when we were kids?

    five spots of rain about 5am since then wall to wall sunshine currently 23.6c

    Overcast, humid, hot, boring! I too am sceptical that the 'light rain' forecast for later will materialise.

    Got up to an overcast sky first time in over 6 weeks, then  dadadaaaa, it started raining, only VERY fine rain, but going on over an hour, there I was standing in Hubbies cold shower water, while having my first shower this week, then we both "bucketed" it out to the garden.  Normally I put my 20 orchids in the bath spray,soak and feed, so they are outside having a lovelly summer shower!
