A reasonable amount of rain last night, so no need to water this evening, although the sun has been shinning and quite windy today, so no doubt if we don't get any more rain the soil will have dried out again by the end of tomorrow.
No bloomin' petrichor in London. I would love a downpour. The promises of storms just made for headaches. At least the slugs are drying up. Not literally. More's the pity.
Very warm here already, the bees are out in force! Must get a parasol,as were south facing! I left them all in Spain not expecting this sort of weather!!š
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
Morning all, what day is it?? A dose of gastric flu took away my interest in the weather. Stockton today fine sunny and warm, it appears to be the South getting the hammering yet again. It was quite nice watching my garden grow from the bedroom window, always a silver lining as they say. Frank.
Chilly here too, just like November although perhaps a little warmer.Ā No sunshine today and rain forecast for part of the week.Ā Still, after the dry warm weather we have had this is giving me time to catch up with indoor chores.
