    Its raining nice and steady working its way through they say a drier afternoon, just now 18.7C with a good breeze 18 km/h SW so warm.

    30C here this afternoon. Could do with some nice steady rain, but not much in the forecast I see.

    Typically I had just finished the watering this morning (30 minutes plus) when the drizzle, then solid rain came down - it has stopped now after we had 3 or 4 hours solid wet, the water butts are now overflowing.

    It seems to be the end of Summer! It rained here most of the night and we've had showers all day,not that warm either.......wearing a cardi !

    Lovely bright day here today...........lots of quite heavy showers, great for the garden.  Definite nip in the air though.......is Autumn calling a bit early this year?

    An ok day on and off. Blue sky now - looks pleasant but a tad nippy.

    Cloudy cool day, but wife decided to add a warm woolly cardigan to prune large white summer Jasmine over-hanging a path. Left me to gather cuttings, when suddenly it tipped it down. I don't mind really, really I don't :) Sun's come out now, clear blue sky.

    We're getting much older but probably not much wiser.

    It's been quite a nice day here, sunshiny most of the morning and warm enough just for a cotton top.  Clouded over after lunch but still pleasant, although it does look rather gloomy now at 5.30 pm.
