Keep hoping for a good outcome Punkdoc. Sorry to hear about the problem. I’ve been thinking about you because of that terrible gas attack in Syria. Glad you weren’t there for your sake, but very distressed for the poor people.

Hi LP, she has got through to the next stage, but there are at least 2 more to go until she knows whether she will get the job. It is for the company she already works for, and she feels that if she does not get it, she could no longer work for them, which builds the pressure a bit further.

I heard the interview too Dove, and as you say, it was moving in several ways. I think the sign looks fab against the very classical architecture of the station.

Yvie, sorry I meant to wish you luck for your court appearance, sometimes it appears the law is against people, who try to do the right thing.

Pdoc, daughter had similar problem re meds for SLE  and weighed up the balance of what was going to give her the best quality of life for what she wanted to be able to do. Not easy.

I'm glad you like it ... you're right, the use of neon like that is more powerful than you would think, in a busy place like a station ... interesting that it's 'off-set' and not centred beneath the clock and above the sculpture ... it really imposes itself on the space by being placed that way.

She's such a vulnerable soul ... although when she first visited us at art school I found some of her attitude exasperating ... bless.

Fingers crossed here for Mrs P too.  How long before she knows?  It must be very stressful but would be so good if she got the new post.   Hugs to both.

Yvie, only one day to go.  I hope the stress isn't getting you down too much and wish you well for a sensible outcome.

Having not heard the interview I thought that sign was just a rather clever way of enticing people to travel with or to see each other.

It is cool and grey and a teeny bit damp but not a lot.  Kitchen cupboard recycling this morning then gardening this pm with any luck.  If not there's always sowing in the tunnel or sewing upstairs.

More coffee first tho.  Anyone else for a cuppa?  I also have some rather yummy chocolate cranberry biscuits left from yesterday......

I hadn't noticed that Dove, but now you mention it, it does increase its impact.
