    Pat, that is amazing ... it must be so heavy!  I had long hair in my late teens (down to my elbows) but had it cut when I had babies ... it was just too much.  I felt so liberated when it was all cut off ... and much lighter  ;)

    We've been out in the front garden cutting back and weeding.  Buddleja, sarcococca and clematis pruned and lots of Hairy Bittercress removed ... OH is learning his weeds!  ;)
    There are loads of baby H. orientalis 'Tutu' babies appearing  :)  it looks a bit tidier now.

    It's clouded over so we've come in for a coffee ... if it brightens up I'll go out there again instead of going to tennis ...

    I've just read through the " dreadfull" thread.
    Whew, I'm glad I missed it.

    Wish I had Hosta ... I shouldn't have snapped  :/  Best leave it be now.

    @Dovefromabove, methinks provocation justified many of the responses.

    All I’ve done is survey the estate😀 every time I go out, the rain starts, is it telling me something, like, do some HW you mucky girl!

    Hosta,  your dahlias are now reaching 18” tall, I’ll have to repot them again soon. They’re a bit different from the usual. The leaves are very soft and pale green.  Quite pretty.

    Morning all.

    Had to look at the Dreadfull thread, ever curious! Luckily I get fewer ads on this forum.

    Sunny after last nights storms, but wetter than ever underfoot.

    Must carry on with pruning.

    I'm getting getting real bits of gardening done out there for the first time this year Lyn ... it does cloud over and get chilly from time to time, but then I come in and have a coffee and that makes the sun come out again  B)

    @Hostafan1 you have a  PM

    Yes I am doing bits and and pieces in dribs and drabs.
    made a start on the hydrangeas and I think I’ve done all the buddlias.  Under gardener is showing his worth this year. 😀
    need to get that all done as seed production isn’t under way now.

    Ive just made arrangements to go to this flower show on Sunday.  Fingers crossed for a dry day.🤞🏻
