Hosta ... OH went to the window to look at the two cats on the neighbour's roof (instead of the usual single cat)  :D

Hello all. I think I’d really like to have an early night, but unfortunately we think Regina is planning to pick Hubbys brain on Fire Brigade business, so if she does come around, there’s not much use trying to watch any Tele. 😴😧
Still feeling down. It’s got dark very early.

Just go to bed with a good book or a drawing to colour.  Even if she doesn't take the hint there's no need for you to be bored.

How about, " tell you what you two: I want to watch this on telly, please can you take your fire brigade chat into another room?"

They're both right ... just take a little bit of control ... when OH's friend is here and they're nattering and chattering and laughing about their schooldays I go to bed with a book ... it's either that or fall asleep on the sofa and snore and dribble in front of them  :o;)

Thanks for the support and suggestions. Not sure which I’ll do yet. Maybe the bedroom idea is best. I’ve got a good Baldacci story on the go. My snoring shouldn’t reach them if I close the door.
hi to Punkdoc, always thinking of you.
