I hope a better job turns up for Mrs Punk.
    Sounds a yummy cake.
Enjoyed going to the sea but I don't think Hunstanton is the prettiest place. Huge traffic jams around King's Lynn. The tide was out, vast area of wet sand and pools. We did walk down to the sea and we paddled. Water was refreshingly cold. There were quite a lot of people about. Day was glorious 28°. Had sandwiches and a 99 ice cream each. But I hadn't seen Chicky's post about the bench so didn't look for it.

It's great now I'm in Norfolk, I can post photos and see photos. Just had a good catch up on the garden gallery thread.

Great photos Hosta ....very Poldarky  <3

Shame you didn’t enjoy Hunstanton Lizzie, its one of my favourite places, but probably as it holds 50 years of happy memories for me.  Its probably better on a colder day when there are not so many peeps around.....just hundreds of wading birds.  This has been the screen saver on my phone for the last 6 years ....

    Magical 😀

    Morning all.
I did enjoy it, Chicky, the town just wasn't as pretty as some of the north Norfolk places or Southwold. I did wonder though how deep it would be for swimming when the tide is in.

    Another sunny morning  :)

Good morning all  :) another glorious morning. OH is a light sleeper and was woken by lots of noisy hedgehog activity in the garden  :)
We're off to suffolk today to meet up with an old college friend who now has a home there again. We've been trying to hook up for ages so am really looking forward to this.  :D

We'll stop off in Halesworth for some shopping - there are good butchers and green grocers and a proper ironmongers  :)

    Morning all.
Lovely pics everyone. I avoid beaches as they are cold and busy and wet but your Devon pics look like our Donegal HF. All Atlantic and wild. Gorgeous for a nice walk in fleecy waterproofs!  B)
All "the weathers" and my car say it's 8° but I'm not so sure. It feels colder to me and the sky was very clear last night. I lifted the babies inside just in case...
No plans for today, maybe some shopping for odds and ends. My back's still struggling from my digging efforts a couple of weeks ago so any gardening will be mostly looking and faffing.
    Enjoy your Friiiiiddaaaaaayyyyy!

At the risk of starting a West Country Civil War, I must say we were in Cornwall yesterday. They're a funny bunch and I ought to get it right.
