Marcus Wareing's Tales from a Kitchen - looks cool. Growing on a small holding. BBC2 tonight. Michelin star farming.

    GW returns on March 11th

Master and Commander - the far side of the world, is on at the moment. IMHO one of the best films ever made.

    Ergates where's that on?

Film 4. Already over an hour in, but you might catch it on Film 4 plus 1? but it comes on fairly frequently. We own the dvd and have seen it lots of times, but it’s so brilliant, we keep watching it again and again.

Yes! Love that sort of programme. Can’t help quietly adding up what it all costs though.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

They have edited it well, condensing an hour in 30 mins. Good pacing.
  • The thing about the Marcus Wareing programme is that he's saying he's a beginner but it just looks as though he either bought the most pristine smallholding in the country or bought one and paid other people to turn it into the most pristine smallholding in the country! It doesn't count as getting your hands dirty Marcus if you still look immaculate!

It is still a stunning programme though and I'm not at all envious 😂
