Yes, Joyce. Mainly because he noticed (for a change) how stressed I was on Sunday and Monday. 😉
im still pretty tense, but much better.

Very difficult for you not to be stressed in such situations Pat. Try to switch off for a couple of days.

Its more difficult than I realised Joyce. I can’t even pick up my Ukelele. Didn’t even  go to the group this week. 🤨 I’m trying to shame myself into practicing some chords,  but knitting instead. I find it relaxing.

Knitting is very good for us Pat  :)  I've been known to arrive at the medical practice half an hour early for a blood pressure check, and sit quietly and knit for half an hour ... without fail my BP is much better at those appointments  :)

Glad your OH is OK and taking a break Pat.  Stress is no good for either of you and yes, making something with your hands is great at reducing stress and calming nerves altho I'm such a clutz at knitting it would probably add to stress.  I try to do fancy stitches to make it interesting then get "helped" by a cat or dog and lose count and so on.

Lovely sunny daffs Chicky.   Sunny here too but still brassy with a good frost this morning.  Techy chappy has been to make sure we can have PV panels in our roof and a new hot water tank.  Very thorough and all is well.  Just need the mayor to OK them and then ELF to be happy we won't disturb their distribution system.   Hoops and more hoops.

We're set to have more frost tonight and then again on Monday so I'm in no hurry to get precious babies outside.  Maybe I'll sow some stuff in the polytunnel but I have that bag to finish for Possum and patchwork homework to do and a bit more steam cleaning in the dining room........

I think I need more coffee first tho and maybe a slice of Borrowdale tea bread.  Anyone else?

I’m celebrating just taken delivery of 170  semi trailing petunia plug plants, from Jersey Plants via Amazon.  it’s not often I buy any plants, as those who know me will know! <tightarsesmiley> 😀
    Thats my day mapped out😀.
