It's probably windier where you are Lyn ...and it's not even as if Hosta's at home to admire the beauty  ;)

It is windy Dove, but have had worse.

The little snow we have had here is very fine grains and in the wind it's just not clinging to anything ... just blowing around almost like a sandstorm in the desert.

Sorry about the fuzzy bit in the corner ......its my mitten 🧤😊

Think Mr C is going to have to give me a lift to work tomorrow - can’t see my car making it up our hill.

    Hi folks!

The snow's been blowing about a lot here too:

I think this is "Snowdrift with daffodil and blackbird"...   ;)

Nine people made it to church this morning, not including the preacher or the pianist, so we had coffee & biscuits and a DIY service with unaccompanied hymns.   :)

    Afternoon all.
My driving route was ok this morning but it started again as I got back to store. I hope the guys are ok this evening.
I had about 3" on the car when I left the store at 4.
I'm glad Hubby is safe Pat.

We have got about 4inches of snow,as we missed the last lot, being in sunnier climes, it's a bit of a novelty!  Hopefully it will have vanished before there is any necessity to go out in it.
We were lucky enough to have no noticeable damage while we were away so hope that is the case this time too. The woodburner has been working overtime  so it is nice and cosy indoors and I have no intention of going anywhere until it clears up.

Still no water, starting to get annoying.

Hi everyone. I hope those with snow are cosy. We only had a few centimetres, and main roads stayed clear this time. Only a few miles up the valley though, people are quite stranded again. The snow here looks quite fluffy - it's blowing about like soap-suds! Hope all those with heating, power or water issues are soon sorted. Pat - thinking of you two too with the problems nature has given your part of the world.

Just about to make some breadcrumb topping for some chicken breasts for supper - it's like a cheat's chicken roast - quicker and less faff but just as yum.
