    Amazing, Pat.

Hello all. My goodness, there's a lot to read back since I was last in here. I hope everyone applying for jobs, having operations, needing sleep or feeling poorly has good fortune this weekend. And that nobody's too cold! It's a lovely sunny day here, but I think we've probably picked the wrong week to try to finally sculpt and line the hole in the ground laughingly referred to as 'the potential pond' (for over 2 years so far). OH is on leave though - if we don't do it this week it'll be delayed AGAIN. Hmmm. Not sure manipulating a liner in sub-zero temperatures is a good idea.

Chicky, did I read you're off to Oz again? Cheeky Chicky!

9 o'clock and I'm still in my purple dressing gown. Coffee has been drunk and kids seen off to respective orchestras, time to get moving.

Off to WW in a minute.  The Christmas weight was lost quite quickly Obelixx but I've found it difficult to stay on track over the last few weeks.  Coming off medication and it's making me feel a bit dodgy, expecting to put on a couple of pounds today, especially after eating my friend's banana cake yesterday.

Lovely and sunny out there but  I bet it's freezing.

    Morning all.

I'm glad the surgery went well BL.

Fingers crossed on the job front Wonky. ( Any news from Clari? )

I sold a load of Hubby's old vinyl on ebay. I have to say , condition is everything. He had first pressings of Bowie, unplayed ( he bought 2 copies of everything and kept one unplayed) with original posters, inserts etc, but it's all about condition. Collectors only want  to pay top dollar if it's perfect.

I sent stuff all over the world. Japan, Australia, Europe , Canada, Argentina. The list goes on and on.

My daughter sent me these photos this morning of the place they're spending the weekend.

Hosta....I think it may be a long way down to the beach!

A lovely place for a weekend. I like the light on the canna leaves. It sets off the pic.

Good luck with the pond liner LG - remember we want before and after pictures.  And yes, I am feeling a bit cheeky, but the thought of missing her 21st got too much for me image.

Frosty here too, but am going to get out there once it thaws - I have a jungle that needs tamingimage

Chicky, we " chatted " yesterday and I told her I'm a lot more relaxed now she's actually there , than I was before she left.
