For Valentines, OH and I take turns giving each other the same card, which has been going the rounds every Valentine's Day for 40 years... it wouldn't be the same without it!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Ah that's a nice tradition, Liri. We will be staying with the inlaws on Valentine's Day - didn't think about the date when organising it .
Hello all. Been a bit absent the last few days. Have skim read - hello Chicky, welcome back. I'm going to get sowing when we're back from the NW. Punkdoc, glad you had a good trip.
Just popped in to show you my chicken wire cloche. I only got enough material to make one, in case it didn't work. Will make a couple more now I know it does. I'm pleased with it .

Driving again tomorrow. That's 4 shifts on the trot. Whew. I must have done something to merit such loveliness.
We do Valentines but we do it our own relaxed fun way ... It doesn't involve spending money on things others tell us are necessary for Valentines Day.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Quite.
Dove . you have a PM.
Nighty night all.
Fire Lily, I've just looked up Kaviar on Google. It was definitely the other stuff which made me ill... the little black balls...

Gosh that looks really good - was it hard to do?
LGtheL, very impressive. Wonder if the RHS will give you a practical mark for it's construction
Very professional, LG! And no doubt a lot cheaper than the commercial version...
