Cold and windy here this morning - it rained all night but it's cleared up now.

Better get on with some work

Mining all, afternoon Pat!  Nasty crash Pat! what a silly woman she is!!! You say she will be driving again as soon as she's able, it doesn't look like she was able before the crash! Stay out of her way Pat!!!

Hosta, glad you had a lovely time with your girls! X

Pdoc, we want to hear all about your scrummy meal please! Have a lovely time! image

DL and Lilyp,    I've been on the tumeric for two weeks now and its a massive improvement for me! Swelling has reduced, numbness reduced and so has the pain! Not better completely but much improved! My fingers even straighten now instead of being bent into claws like they were! I'm sure the time off work has been a factor too but the tumeric is worth trying image

BusyL, sorry your cold is hanging around, hope you shake it off soon!

Joyce, I hope the weather is OK for your daughters trip x

I've been signed off for a further month so think I'll use the time continuing to look for something else.

Dove, really!!! Don't you remember the time you asked your son to weed the asparagus bed?!!!?! You would have been closer saying your daughter was an aborcultuirist!!! Of the two I'd trust me with a chainsaw more, just saying!image

    Have a lovely day all

Hosta, big hugs I know the feeling well

Do the bedrooms, always helps to have them ready for the next time  Then go out for lunch!

At least I'm pretty sure you'd read the instructions first  image

Pat - if I was only closer the words I'd have with her.

Loud words. With many full stops and under lining.

I'm currently in a hotel room preparing to go for an interview. I travelled up last night (through the awful rain) to avoid any delays in the morning rush hour. By the radio reports I'm glad I did.

Right, I've dropped Hubby at the shop, I've put diesel in Worzle and I've got 2 loads of washing in the machines.

It's bitterly cold out there with a very brisk North wind. I won't be outside much today that's for sure.

Cuppa and a choccy biccy methinks.

The male way of reading instructions...or distructions as they were called by the men in our house, which I felt was always a bad omen, was look at the first page, go 'yup got the jist of that' and throw them away and swear at everything when it doesn't work! Remember? This is the same reason my husband and I won't be assembling a greenhouse together anytime soon!!! Paying someone else is cheaper than a divorce!!!

Hello Clari!! image best of luck

Hosta, stick the kettle on please, coffee number two needed!

    Wonky, not all men.

I drive everyone mad because I'm the total opposite.

I get the instructions: I lay all the "bits" out, in order and count them and tick them off against the list in the box, then constantly go back to the instructions time and time again.

I've also been known to stick bits of masking tape the parts and number them before assembly begins.
