We’re off to town for food shopping today, then ophthalmologist in Canberra tomorrow for Hubby and then meet son for lunch for his birthday which is next week, and another hot day predicted. Not looking forward to the heat. Im glad the car is air conditioned.
Hope you all don’t freeze over there. I‘d prefer a regular 20-25c all year.
Someone sent me a funny joke a while ago and I’m still giggling. I think we should start a joke forum. Might cheer some of us up. Mind you, most of the ones I get nowadays are about seniors and brain failure type ones.
Decorations up here....beginning to feel Christmassy after a late start.
Made it home from Birmingham with no bother on Monday. Lovely to have littlest Chicklet home. Chicklet is on a grand tour of the country catching up with friends atm, but will be home soon ......then we’ll have a full house for a little bit .....hooray
Think we’ve had rain overnight, so hopefully that will clear the snow and the ice from the roads.
Garden Club talk tonight on a Winter Wonderland ❄️❄️❄️
Hosta where are you getting 9'C from? We're looking at 3 max I think.
Still; I'm hoping it means my elephant garlic bulbs will spilt this year - last year I just got a big clove!
I was always told to plant my normal garlic on the shortest day but this year in really struggling to find any garlic at all. I neglected to get in early and now of course it's all Christmas tat.

Love seeing the cats.
Morning Pat. I'd happily have your 34C and you can have our 9C OK?
Good idea Hosta. What a pity we can’t arrange it.
