We went to an Advent Carol service, lovely singing from the local church choir, then mulled wine and mince pies. We had game pies, runner beans and mange tout peas before we went.

Watched the Blue Planet on iPlayer, will watch Strictly results and Howards End tomorrow.

Sunday must still be roast night ( game pies too). We almost never buy a piece of roasting meat, usually just a couple of chops, but yesterday Hubby fancied a roast. Luckily, we were in town so he could get some.

  • Hello all image

The amazing moon has been shining through our west facing bedroom window ... now it's disappeared and the day is becoming brighter ... Now I'm waiting for coffee ...

    Morning all.

Slept badly, changed the 4 tog duvet for a 10.5 tog one. Thought it was because I was too hot, but now Dove has mentioned the moon it must be that. I always sleep badly in France when there is a full moon.

Couldn’t see any moon because of rain clouds.   Hello everyone.

i watched a bit of the cricket in Adelaide while waiting for the evening news. I’ve had a few things explained, so I now have a bit of any idea of what they are talking about. I asked Hubby if 7/177 was good or bad. The conversation moved along after that.image Still daylight over there. Their time zone is half hour behind us.
