    Evening all.

Welcome home Punkdoc - hopefully a quality sleep awaits, with no beeps, bells, or hospital smells!

    Congrats Steephill's partner too.

Pat - you could be the first post of 2018 when it arrives!

Obelixx - I know that early morning nose-bash! It's a pleasant way to be woken up - just always a bit early!

To everyone else - have a good rest of the weekend.

Curry night here so currently sofa-bound, full as an egg.

Yes Aunty Rach except I can’t set up the January site image. Not good with computer stuff.

Not the ideal night to be wakeful image. Got to be up early and then, of course, go to bed late tomorrow. Ho hum.

Welcome home punkdoc. Best wishes to you and Moira, hope 2018 is a whole lot better than 2017. And congrats to OBE-wan Steephill!

LG - have a snoozle after lunch.

I'm up early cos both kitties woke me up - one for cuddles and t'other for breakfast and play.  OH is having a rare lie-in but he did get up very early yesterday to walk the dogs before our day out.

I had planned to make a start on my bulb planting today but it's set to be wet and stormy out there today once the sun is up enough to see what I'm doing.  Just a faint glow above a line of very solid looking dark clouds at the mo.

Good morning to those already here and those yet to pop in.  Hope you've all had a good night.

    Morning ladies.

The last day at work of the year. No idea what time we're delivering until today so it'll be a surprise when I get in at 8.

Pretty good sleep last night. Woke at 1, chucked some logs on fire and went back to bed.

Sun's up now with lots of red bits to lead the way and it's getting windier.   That's fine by me as long as we do get more rain.   I think it's safe to say the drought is over, at last, but we're still well short.

Hope you're safe driving today Hosta.  Watch out for inattentive loons and strong winds in Dylan's tale.

    Stay cool Pat.

Trying, Obelixx. It’s now 7.45 so cooling down a bit.

We are watching a program about trying to re-build the Trojan Horse. Sort of interesting. Lots of assumptions being made. image
