I have been buying thermal underwear today.

Have a good holiday Chicky.  I have a friend who is in Oz at the moment. I have given her a shopping list for things they do well there, and we don't have here.

Hi everyone - hope all is well.

Talking of new mattresses and thermal underwear... treated myself to a new duvet and electric blanket today! For those of you who have not yet indulged in the electric blanket set-up, I recommend it. Oh, the clean duvet cover managed about three seconds before the kittens decided it was all just for them!

    Hi all.

Lovely to see you WW., stay warm.

    Have a fab holiday Chicky.

Nothing worth saying, without getting mardy, so I will leave it there.

Chicky - hope the flight goes well and that you have a fab time with Chicklet.

Aunty Rach - when Cosmos hasn't got a sore paw he likes to help make the bed and this can involve anything from inspecting the duvet, pouncing on and taming the duvet cover, crawling inside to check, lying under or on the duvet and so on.  No leccy blankets needed here.

Hosta, have you seen this - https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/magnesium-and-sleep#section1 As long as you don't exceed sensible dosages it has to be worth a try.   Might even help your seizure problem too.

WW - good to see you popping in.  I think Clari is down with the in-laws doing some big jobs for them or is that after the big office move is all done and dusted?

Pdoc - positive waves!  Lots coming from here but you need to work on some too.  For BH's sake if nothing else!

Dancing was fun tonight.  She had us doing Paso figures they all learned 2 years ago and which we haven't seen before.  Keeps us on our toes.

Sweet dreams all.  Dentist again tomorrow and I need a good sleep cos I'm dragging OH along this time.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Chicky, I remember how it felt when my folks came out to see us in 1984. Emotions haven't changed and Chicky will as excited as you are now  I think Australian airports have to be the most emotional

Hello everyone. Have a good trip Chicky. I don’t think you’ll need thermals.

We’re off to town shortly. Sleep well all.
