    Yes, me.

When I said it looked like a Glossy Starling, I meant that was its proper name.

Seen them in several countries in Africa.

Sorry should have said Good Evening.

Evening all. Loads to read back again!

Had a day of medical appointments today - had about 9 phials of blood taken so felt a bit drained after that (they about 3 mls each)!

Cold and sunny today. Don't want to jinx my boiler as it is quite old but we have a new control system with thermostats on each of the main radiators that give you the room temperature and you can set what temp you would like the room. The bathroom is currently saying 12 degrees - so will give that a miss until it warms up! I programme the lounge to warm up by 730, for after tea/supper, and the bedroom to be warmed up by 10 etc.

Hope everyone is cosy, comfy and relaxed tonight.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

Thanks Dove. Nice to be back.

  • It seems a while since you were last here ... you'll never be able to read back everything ... some of the important stuff is:

    I've made our Christmas puddings

Wonky has some new warm work wellingtons

Chicky is visiting a Chicklet in Australia

Pat's roses are being eaten by a Wallaby

Hosta is on holiday somewhere very warm

Punkdoc is very poorly ... something has affected his heart and he can't do very much ... we're trying to keep him cheerful.

    Hope you're ok image

Oooo any spare puds. Warm wellies are always a good thing.  Chicky anywhere near Pat? Hosta somewhere warm nowt new there then ? Doc how about two glasses and a bottle of your favourite malt. I'm always available just remember us Scots throw the cork away when we open a bottle. I'm fine now. Was a bit up and down for a while but things are nice and settled.
