Would have been better for us if they’d called it a day an hour ago imageimage

  • Good morning all image and G'day to all Down Under image  Beautiful photos Chicky.

Have a really lovely day Obelixx image

Still wet and windy here but not as grim as in some placed.  We're catching the ten o'clock bus and spending today in the city ... Better get a move on ...

You're on a proper adventure, Chicky image. Glad you're getting the chance to enjoy the cricket firsthand. Will you go to an opera at the Opera House?

It's windy as anything here. We've lost the dustbin lid AGAIN, even though it was weighed down with a brick. The kids' school has a huge polymer atrium roof - same stuff as the Eden Project - and last night the wind made it sound like the end of the world in there. Once I realised what it was, it was quite exciting!

Much excitement here this morning as daughter was successful in her audition a few weeks ago image. It's going to be a busy year!

Hope all your check ups have gone smoothly, Dove. Glad you're warm and refreshed with sleep, Hosta - long may it last.

And HAPPY BIRTHDAY Obelixx. Hope you have a lovely day.

Good morning.  Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

Bright and sunny here and, surprise, surprise, no storms.  No rain.  Bit of a breeze and ridiculously warm already.

I hope you get your rain Pat.   Enjoy Sydney Chicky.  Manley ferry trip?   Great views if you have the time.   Clari, maybe OH should sleep in the spare room when he doesn't want to disturb you............

We crossed LP.   That is good news.   Long may it continue pain free.

  • Hmmm ... the best laid plans etc ...... the gallery doesn't open until the afternoon and that's when I've got my appointments ... we'll catch the 11 o'clock bus instead of the 10 o'clock and pop to The Lamb Inn for an early lunch then I'll get my specs and have my hair cut OH goes to the bicycle shop ... we'll go to the exhibition one afternoon next week ......

    Morning all.

Having my hair cut too, but in the village.

How's your cold Dove? Must be better as you are planning on going out. What gallery is that?

Very windy last night, and it rained, but the sun has come out now.
