Morning ~ lovely day yesterday. Ran out of time wandering round Notting Hill (Portabello Road just couldn’t be rushed ) ,,,so we’ll have to go back amd do it all again sometime soon. Roof gardens were nice, but would have preferred them without all the fake halloween accompaniments - cobwebs and shrouds draped over everything ready for a party later . Went for a mooch around Wholefoods SM and queued to pay behind James Wong . And a wonderful dinner watching the sun set over the rooves of London .
Today’s outing is C*******s shopping with my sisters. Don’t shout at me, with a month in ?????? very soon, I effectively only have 3 weeks left to get ready
We are going to daughter 2 for lunch. Son 1 will be there, so I will see 5 grandchildren, includes a baby to cuddle. In the afternoon we are going on a special Halloween steam train ride, children in fancy dress.
