    Here is a Sedge Warbler, belting out its scratchy song.

    I was woken up by a willow warbler again this morning, about 4am. Such a lovely sound.

    From the garden this aft, one of the Micro Moths at about 7/8mm in length, I think it's a Mint Moth, and it was feeding on a very, very small Achillea flower.

    Don't know what your caterpillar is Stewy - but he's quite impressive!
    Lovely photos as always Sheps. The detail is stunning
    I had a lot of sleepy looking bees on the Ligularia earlier. I should really take the camera out and see if they're still there...
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    This afternoon's visitor, was scrumping windfall apples in the garden.



    Nasty wound on the shoulder but it seems to be healing OK.
