Morning Dove and Dacha. I did actually nod off for a while, but Hubby came home early. He was quiet, so I can't complain.

There is an interesting show on tv. It's the Eurovision World Choir.  Different but interesting.

Morning all/afties  Pat - good to see you  image

Have a lovely day Liri - hope the sun shines. gloves and a hat perhaps!  Chilly here when I fed the birds half an hour ago - only five degrees. The blue tits  were...well...blue.. image

Had to give in and put the heating on  image

Glad your BH is better today Dacha., and you got your swim. Very worrying for you both.

I'll have a read back with a cuppa now.

Hi Fairy. Good to catch up with you all. I haven't read back, but expect I will later or tomorrow morning.

So many people awake in the night - hope you all got a bit of extra kip. You two certainly did - LP and Joyce!

We had a lovely sky last night here, but I wasn't looking at it earlier. image

It's a bit cloudy at the moment. Weather is now to be better tomorrow for walking so I'll get on outside till the forecast  rain comes back on. image

Was your trip still enjoyable LP? You sounded a bit disappointed with it.

    Morning Fairy,

yes I think we were a bit disappointed. There wasn't as much actual cruising as we had thought. It was all tours all of which required you to wear a vox box which was a new experience for me.

I think as Europeans we felt less of the "wow" factor having experience of castles and churches. We have agreed that the experience will get better with hindsight and we met some lovely people.

Yes - we're  a bit spoilt here in Britain for architecture and scenery image

That reminds me - must look at Obelixx's pix. I didn't get  a chance to view them properly last night.
