Dove, I had a pear for breakfast too, it was from T...o tho!
Aunti Rach some may remember I had a dreadful back problem last year. Hosta talked me thro the MRI and gp gave me a tiny dose of Diazapan that relaxed the muscle enough to make it all possible. It was actually suggested by the MRI dept worth a try?

Hi Alex ... There's four pages of pattern, so if you PM me your address I'll happily scan and print it and pop it in the post to you. I bought the yarn from Hobbycraft.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Dove , absolutely gorgeous .....back to those multiple hands again ...how do you do it....
Joyce our 'grass man ' is my MIL......and she refuses help from anyone ......we have a scythe in the utility room remember.....and with her failing eyesight I have to fear for my very existence
now I'm not a religious person by any stretch of the imagination but what has happened in the last 24 hours is a bit scary....So my wife as you know went to buy our spuds as usual......many miles away from Moscow....I always say it is freaking crazy in any way ....but it is futile, it's an annual occurrence ! The spuds were bought and then a large proportion of them , as usual , are supposed to be deposited in the basement of her mums little garage next to her tiny dacha. They noticed that the roof was sagging a bit so they went to explore ......they found this huge cross ....~20 Kgs lying on the floor ......my wife was shocked and told me that someone wishes the family ill will ......I said as usual ......'darling, this is absolute poppycock' The upshot is that her and her mum have gone off to meet some lady who will reverse the curse ......

She says they're too smart for work ... I've made quite a few hats for her but when the weather gets cold she'll wear Neoprene fingerless gloves.
Sadly her hands are still quite painful.

Dove, I'm sorry Wonky's hands are still painful. Maybe it'll be worth having them operated on, in the long run...
OH didn't need the umbrella. The clouds have gone and the sky is blue - I'm off out to pick more autumn raspberries.
