I spotted a little rabbit flying out of my garden yard this morning, he/she must have a guilty conscience. Didn't hang around for a photo.

Chicky, one of my friends has red deer who treat her garden as a second home with the resulting damage to plants.

Pat - Chicklet had to go on a jumper buying expedition in her first couple of daysimage  And she has rainwear that's being put to good use too image.  She's settling in nicely I think.

Morning! Busy week so first post on August Forkers. Rain has set in for the day, so takes the edge off going to work. Just deciding whether to let the kittens have the day in the kitchen or not - I usually shut them in the 'safe room' (a kitten-proofed cloak room by the back door)...

Hope everyone has a good day - catch up later.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

Morning all/afties Pat. Good to get the washing dry outdoors isn't it?

Don't think that'll happen here. No red sky Joyce, but it's supposed to be rather wet later. Good for the plants I suppose, and saves me watering pots  image

chicky - they might look  cute, but they do so much damage, given half a chance, don't they?   image

Pavlova for breakfast? How very decadent. I'm in...image

Off for a quick look round before the salt mines. Have a good day all - especially Hosta, after his rubbish one yesterday.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Morning, it's very quiet here. Family left yesterday, busy but fun.

Hosta it's so much trouble when tenants cause havoc. I was put off years ago when ours did a midnight runner! Have a better day

Dove, I loved that and chuckled away. Very clever version of such a well known song

Fairy, did you have thunder last. night ? I heard it was bad up north! We missed it here

Pat hope you got your laundry dry, I have masses to do today after a full house for a week

Joyce enjoy your visitors and I hope it stays dry for you

Chicky I am glad chicklet is enjoying herself, it's a lovely city, are you planning a trip?

Obelisk thank you, we have had loads of cuddles, photos and memories

Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.”

Morning everyone. My washing is now hanging inside to finish off. It just didn't get warm enough today even though it was on the line from 10 til 4. image

All your naughty tempting food Dove - I'm cooking pasta with giant Australian prawns and a tasty tomato and home grown herbs and garlic/onion sauce. It smells lovely. image
