  • I like Adam Frost though
Me too 😊 Hope there will be more of him in the new season. I feel like Monty s getting a bit repetitive after all those years. But a combination of the two would be ideal.

I wouldn't write off Nick Bailey from rising up to do the the top job I hope he gets a chance to shine this year. Frances Tophill needs to perfect her presentation skills but would make a brilliant replacement for Monty. Of course this is all speculation as the BBC may not be around in its present form in ten years time.

A real and proper gardening programme instead of the superficial stuff we get from GW.

Beechgrove went down the pan once Jim left, last years series was a great disappointment.

  • Love Jim but have to disagree the programme is slicker now I hope that they can continue in that way and don't regress into the old format.

Thought Beechgrove was really good once they got back into their post-Jim groove.

Me too once they got into a rhythm.  The programme is filled with practical and useful info on what and when as well as trials and comparisons and results, good or bad, of their methods and products.

Keep an eye on this site - https://www.beechgrove.co.uk/ and this https://www.facebook.com/BeechgroveGarden/ for news of Beechgrove.  It normally starts in April.

    GW usually starts in March.
