Interesting point made by Andrew Neal. A 3pm not one single cabinet member has gone on camera to voice their support for her.

We have been out for a lovely long lunch and have managed to ignore the election results till now.  Hubris is a terrible thing.  Politicians do have a nasty habit of thinking everyone cares about politics.  Clearly they don't.  They care about their daily lives, their job security and their families and gleefully "reward" politicians who forget that.   Scottish vote was very interesting.

Got home in time for the tree man to come and discuss our two dodgy ash trees and for kitchen man to arrive and replace the wrong wall cupboard.

Music festival in the village this evening and we're off t meet people and have a bit of fun.
