    What a great story.

Congratulations DD image.  Great to hear you've had such a successful opening week.  What a wonderful transformation of that outside space ?. It looks like a lovely place to sit out now you've worked your magic on it.

I'm really pleased to see all your plans come to fruition.  After months of determination and hard work, your dreams have come true, a perfect place for you and Charlie.  Wishing you continued success and happiness in your new business and home ?.

Amazing story DD - you are a true Phoeniximage.

You only bought the place a few weeks ago - I cannot believe how much you've achieved in such a short space of time. Well done you and Charlie and your team of builders & helpers.

Yes.  Well done DD.  You've dreamed big and worked hard and deserve full credit and it's great to help others along the way.  I hope Charlie is proud of you and enjoying the glow of success too.

DD - C de G  looks fantastic.  All your efforts have been well worth it, also Charlie's leaflet deliveries image

It is so nice that you are now giving a helping hand to Tsitsi who, I am sure, will appreciate it.

Thanks everyone! I am so tired but just don't want to go to sleep, have so much I want to do. But, tonight, I am going now because I have a busy day ahead and I am hoping all my buzzing ideas will settle.image

They are - so far - Garden Parties (lower lawn can be privatized/ sectioned off , saw a lovely sign that said VIP's only, I can see a fancy rope sectioning them off. image Have a booking for a 60th and a 70th already.....

Children's parties in same lawned area (well it's a bit scrubby at the moment, but I can fix that) , I will do the invitations and party bags included, take all the hassle from the mums, my best friend is an award winning child entertainer and wants to 'play'.....

Wine tasting evenings, whisky tasting evenings, English Conversation evenings, cocktails for ladies that lunch - tennis on the lawn (watching, not doing, with strawberries and cream and probably Pimms and/or champagne........

I must sleep. I am so buzzing and I am now going to make a tiny herb garden in my well and a miniature wildlife pond in my ' clothes scrubbing sink, complete with pump from the stream at the bottom of the garden.

I can also see sweet peas climbing up the garage wall near the terrace and a fragrant garden next to it.....

Oh, I must sleep. Been really busy, love my customers. image

You are a fantastic bunch on here, can't believe the support I have had, there has been so much positivity it's amazing. image

My ex OH has been trying to 'help me,' but last night showed his true colours, shouting and swearing etc, etc. wanting to take control because I "don't know what I am doing" . Well it was so nice to be able to shut the door on him and tell him to go home and leave me alone. I love my house, I love Charlie being here with me with his enthusiasm, and I love the fact that so many people appreciate the best the English have to offer. And I love the cake. image
