    Morning All, :)

I am so sorry to have neglected you all, it's been a trifle hectic here. image

We are loving it, the customers are loving it and we have learned so much in just a few days. We have had 5 online reviews all 5 stars and I am so proud of my little team here. one lady, Tsitsi, is Georgian and has a very difficult life and arrived in France just under a year ago. She has been searching for a job ever since, she is actually an academic in her own country but it is not possible to do that work here. Anyway, from being the quietest, shy little person she has blossomed this week, has learned so much and works so hard, I am so pleased I was able to find her some work. image

Thanks Lizzie for the visit, it was super to see you both and we are getting a bit more organised here now, we have a full menu for every table and we all know the table numbers now. image

I had to take a photo to share with you at the crack of dawn so it's a bit dark but I wanted to make time to put it on. Now I must dash, we have to do it all. over again today, my dream has come true. imageimage

DD, it's just wonderful to hear it's going so well and your dream has come true ?  So heartwarming too that you've also enabled your Georgian lady to have a new start and have boosted her confidence in doing so. Fab!!
