BL - you shouldn't have admitted to being the only entry!

It's gorgeous though, and you thorughly deserved your prize.  I tend to use one colour arrangements, similar to pots in the garden but I love other people's glorious mixes, and the variety. image

AuntyR's and Marion's are beautiful too. I'd be delighted to have any of those on a table or window sill.image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I love your selection Busy - very Summer-celebration.

Happymarion - the Sweet Williams are fab - they definitely say August to me. What are the berry-like sprays? I had them in my wedding boquet and can't recall the name...

It is hypericum. I have that one and one with white berries.

Yes! Thanks both. I had a September wedding so had creamy yellow roses, orange-y Alstroemerias, and red hypericum. I should grow all those really...

Thank you. It was supposed to show what is flowering in the garden, but I tend to bung everything in anyway.

Gosh, Marion, Sweet Williams now, how lovely, mine finished ages ago.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Yes hypericum which florists use a lot of I notice.  This one has salmon coloured berries which turn to black.

    September's offering: a wine-inspired posy...

(wasn't wine ingestion that inspired me, but the wine glass I had to use as all jam jars occupied!)

He he Fairy. Some smashing burgundy and claret colours appearing in the garden - particularly the pink Hydrangeas turning. Will leave to dry on the stems for a bit longer then collect some for dried flower displays.
