Lovely flowers and so interesting to see what different flowers everyone has coming up. I don't really have cut flowers in the house unless oh buys me some as I prefer flowers to stay on their plant in the garden but I might have to see if anything is wind damaged to do a jar.
To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.
I'm jealous of all of you with Aquilegias. Mine have all succumbed to the dreaded aquilegia mildew that has appeared. I'm hoping to reintroduce them, maybe next year.
Here's my lot from South Wales - euphorbia, lamium, white dicentra, honesty, hardy geranium, marsh marigold, forget me not, primula, nemesia, daisy, hellebore, winter heather
We don't have cut flowers in the house either, thanks to a cat who likes to chew anything plant related - so these, mostly hail damaged, were stuffed into a small jam jar and hurriedly photographed. They are now situated on top of the fridge freezer, the only piece of furniture the cat hasn't managed to climb (yet).
Not a lot here in the Pennines yet, and quite a bit has hail damage . But here we have Clematis macropetala, drumstick primula, dicentras, tiarella, saxifrage, thrift, iberis, primroses, hellebores, corydalis, erythronium, blue & double white wood anemone, epimedium and soldanella.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Even though we have all had such cold weather there is still a lot of colour about from everyones flowers. They are all beautiful. Here are mine. I have not include dicentra (only one), solomons seal, lilac and granny bonnets(also only one).

Liri, flowers are beautiful against the dark background.
Tiarella not in flower yet...
That's my wood burner, Joyce.
