    I was watching mine today. They are about 1/2" long and off and away...including some down the overflow pipe.  :'(

    Have no idea why I'm so excited about them, after all apart from providing the pond I had nothing to do with it.  Sorry about the overflow pipe PP perhaps the rain will stop so the pond level will drop.

  • We have just half a dozen tiny tadpoles with at least one hungry newt lurking somewhere in the depth of the pond, what are the chances that we will have any tadpoles reaching the frog stage?

    Tadpoles are still swimming around, no sign of any legs yet, this must be mom or dad.
