BUT don't worry it's not your fault I'm sure but rather an error on the part of the administrators of this forum. I would report it to admin if I could remember how.

  • Well one of them did, I can't find it now that I have worked out how to contact admin!!!!

I have reported the issue to admin anyway.

  • Images sorted I see.

    Impressed with your endeavours, jealous.

    Well done

Latest piccy of pond.  Have added more plants though still want to put more cover for wildlife at the back of the pond. The first of the lilly leaves have reached the surface, hopefully next year I will see some flowers.  Have seen the first frog and lots of insects and birds have been visiting.  The bees especially love the beach end and are always popping down for a drink.

When I made my pond I didn't spend money on underlay.  I went to a carpet shop and asked what they did with the old carpets they replaced.  They go into landfill. They were happy for me to take as much as I wanted for nothing.

It already looks very established, Yvie.  Well worth the effort.  image

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Not surprised it's your favourite spot Yvie. Really beautiful.  Amazing how quickly they can look well established and mature   image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
