What wonderful news DD and WW, has quite taken my mind off the cold and rain.

Hello Yvie, have an ice cream for me! image sounds like a lovely time your having! Safe travels back x

DD, you will have to post a thread of pictures of the sort of nicnaks that you are wanting us to gather! Shame about the cake tester job but we will hunt out some recipes image

Please send the rain here Pdoc, we haven't had any since my hubby plumbed in the waterbutt! Topbird and my gardens are like deserts! And I've just replaced the lawn from seed and don't have an outside tap! I do have muscles bigger than Popeye's due to much watering can carrying!

Well done DD and WW, exciting times.

Will you have other gardeners with you in your new job Wonky?

It's a bit colder today but I saw three swallows swooping over the pond and also a flycatcher.

Well done Wonky, sounds what the job of your dreams, very well deserved  hope you have "open" days and we could organise an outing

DD thrilled for you too, you have worked so hard for this, it's all coming good for you.  I am sure we would all love to send seeds, recipes etc

Can I be the third bit of good news today? I have been lying low as things have been a bit tense and I was terrified to tempt fate but as I write the family are flying into Heathrow.  Baby's passport arrived and the visa will be applied for from here.

What a day for a change of luck for all! Hope its as infectious as the lurgy! How lovely Lilyp! Been a long time coming, but worth the wait I bet! Safe travels to your family and have a wonderful time with them all! X

Unfortunately PPam, it doesn't open to the public. Its a private family residence but I will let everyone know the projects we get up to, I'm sure I will be picking a few brains here too!
