Thank you fairygirl for your gardening expertise, I know that they are hardy as I have them growing quite happily in my front wall, outside the house. I have some autumn seeds that I planted with the bulbs that are slightly tender and I personally feel that having the fleece has protected them. Each to their own of course, I am only an amateur gardener, and have learnt a lot from books, programmes and people like your good self.
We had a lovely bit of sun today too JonesK so I took some pix at lunchtime. That's a lovely little set of 'views'. I've got a similar area to your first pic too, with a little birdbath. What are the purpley ones encircling, in the second pic?
Hellebore Blue Lady
Crocus are now well through : Snow Bunting and Cream Beauty
Ruby Giant - but it's quite purple...
Snowdrops and Gaultheria
Native Primulas
Native prims and crocus- SB and CB as before
Clematis alpina 'Constance' is greening up nicely and has loads of buds sprouting everywhere
New Hellebore - White Lady. Hope she'll like her new home here
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Dove's irises are lovely and neat, but mine look messy as the leaves have shot past the flowers.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

A beautiful, sunny, spring day in North Wales ?
Love your crocuses Jonesk! Mine were supposed to look like that but I think something small and furry dug them up.

Fairygirl, your new hellebore looks already very happy in the new home. I like the Blue Lady a lot. Wonderful circle of crocuses, Jonesk.
