I don't think I've ever had roses this earlier, especially clashing with camellias.

Lovely photos, Mark.  I bet that rose smells gorgeous...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

image speaking of smells, the wisteria is coming on

I think the only words to describe that wisteria are 'bloody gorgeous' <3

I'm loving the Acer in the front garden lit up by the evening sunshine ☀

I'm loving that acer too Tom and is that a white bear's breeches INSIDE the window?

By the way, the wisteria is only just starting.  The branch against the wall comes out first because of the radiated heat from the brick but I'm hoping for great things from the pergola tunnel into the garden next to it.

<fingers crossed> it works as nicely as it has played out in my head!! image

    See original post

It's actually some cut flowers from my White Bleeding Heart plants that are below the window in my shaded garden :)

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Lovely blossom Fairy, I love those delicate flowers that are so affected by the wind and rain. There are some wonderful pictures on this thread - I would like to order one of each of these flowering plants......

I wanted to post some photos, but it’s not working and they won’t post. Can’t type either, using Word and copying and pasting.

Lovely apple blossom. Mine is all over now, clematis and roses are coming up.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Some April blooms in my new garden.  A lot earlier than in Belgium.
