They look great, cotty. Did anyone water them while you were away?

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Thank you. The green leafed canna was a few quid and the red one was free 8 years ago. It only flowered for the first time last year(only one plant) and all the divisions might do it this yearimageMy father in law came round to feed the fish and water the pots. Trouble is, it looks so nice it has to be better next year!

Some things have been swamped or not happy in pots, so I am learning every year.

Next year will be better as I am collecting some used greenhouses this weekend. My first ever ones! So I will have more growing room and my garden will look less like a nursery

I forgot to mention the beautiful agapanthus that I have. The white and purple one is queen mum and is truly spectacular when is flower.

    Some great pictures image

Liking all the colour Cotty especially the canna's, the  agapanthus is a real showoff

Iamweedy - The Eucomis are stunning, is it sparkling burgundy? I am big fan of the perennial lobelia, I grow Tanna sister and Tanna similar to R-princess, the slugs haven't touched mine this year they just demolished the rudbeckia herbstone a few feet away instead image I grow Lobelia tupa aswell thats a wooper, should of put supports in it got a lean on it.

Very nice pictures as usual Busy very cottagey. What variety is the helianthus ? it very impressive

Your petunia are doing very well as usual jonny. I like the picture with the echinops with the sunflower looking down on them. The Ricinus is quite a size, mine been disappointing this year

Hello Perki. Did you mean me? I don't have a helianthus, I have Rudbeckia Goldquelle, heliopsis and a tall yellow helenium.
