Flumpy,  I notice that you have one of those garden light things tucked in your lovely heather. I have a couple of them but they have never seemed to work, I am wondering if yours work and shine at night like they are supposed to do ? image

I refreshed my laptop as it was running very slow.  It took an hour to do it!  But like new again.  Colder this morning with white frost everywhere but dry and not forecast to rain till the evening so I should get out in the garden and some jobs done and blow away the cobwebs accumulated while waiting for the computer.  I think IT would drive me mad if I did not have a garden to escape  to!

Good morning , lovely sunny day , heavy frost last night , just about to go on a walk

Outside lights , if you have had them a long time the rechargable battery might now have had it , they can usually be replaced

Hope weathers fine in Bristol image

Frost gone now so I cut down some more bamboo.  I should have that terrace cleared for the spring then I will cheer it up with pots of tulips and daffs. It was a bit cold on the hands and feet but the rest of my body was lovely and warm and I am sure all that stretching and bending out in the fresh air and natural light is good for you in the winter.

Marion, the wind has been too cold for any gardening even when the sun is out.

First time I've seen Dutchman's Pipe, Marion. It's a fascinating flower.

Daisy my lights where a pound each from wilkinsons, they only light up every spring, summer and autumn ?

Marion I love the Dutchmans pipe, they look like they've got a fair collor ?
