    Morning all.

Absolutely foul day out there. Rain and high winds.

    Morning all.

I shall spend the morning drilling holes in the new fence posts for the insulators. Not raining.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Morning all.

Hmmm... what would I like a robot to do?  Well, cleaning windows would be good - I'm not tall enough to reach without steps.  And hoovering stairs.  Ooh, and cleaning the loo!  image

Something's up with the moggy this morning.  She's being sick under chairs and wandering round the house miaowing piteously.  What's she been eating this time??

Groundhog day here too.  Trying to find a builder who will answer phone calls and/or emails... do none of them want any work, I wonder...  image

Up half the night with toe throbbing.  Heaven knows why, it's supposed to be healing now I'm resting it properly.  Then, since it was raining anyway, I lay abed a long while reading and cuddling kittens and a Rasta.   Sunny now and we've had a whole 17.5mm of rain.

The robot is an autonomous vacuum cleaner intended to trundle happily around downstairs cleaning up dog hairs and bits of grit they ship in.

Funnily enough Liri, I called a chap about finishing our extension then sent him a mail detailing the work to be done and he eventually called back a week later on a bad line as I was serving dinner.   Asked him to call the next morning and nothing.  Meanwhile, a chap who came out about something completely different is keen to do that job too.  Fine by me.

Hope your cat's OK now Liri, and your fencing Busy.
