Oh, aym - my post was but a joke! It wasn't meant to be taken seriously. But I congratulate you on starting an interesting thread. And perhaps we need a Get-,me-out-of-the-January-Blues thread of what we would like/will aim to acquire in the year ahead!
aym - I was going to PM you: it is fantastic! I really mean it: doing the exercises every day has made a huge difference, and instead of limping around feeling sorry for myself, I have been able to walk without limping (mostly). So thank you for your help - I shall keep up the good work of exercise and vitamins etc and hope that it will continue to improve!
